● Jourdamn Delacruz of the United States lifted 83 kilogrammes on her first effort, but Chanu increased the ante to 87 kilogrammes in her second attempt, while Delacruz hoisted 86 kilogrammes. China's Hoi Zhuihui, the world champion, topped the rankings by lifting 92kg after two attempts. Both Chanu and Delacruz failed to lift 89 kg in their third attempt allowing Zhuihui to stay top of the table. In her third and last pull, she lifted 94kg.
